On Friday 27th September at 7pm we’re launching a new presentation series A Traveller’s Tale. Come and hear an insider’s story about the everyday life in Vietnam. Our member Emilia has spent a year living and working with the local people. She says: “I am addicted to travelling. I’ve visited most of European countries and a few countries in Asia and North and South America. I’ve learned English, French, Dutch, Swedish, Spanish and Catalan. Also thanks to stay in Vietnam I learned basic Vietnamese. I’ve created a website about Vietnam travel and another website to learn Polish. I’ve also written a book for children about travel and need to learn how to draw to illustrate it”. The event is free to non-members but due to space limitations you are requested to pre-register.
